1. Overview

GotDumpsters.biz is committed to providing dependable, transparent, and high-quality dumpster rental and labor services for our Ridgefield, CT clients. This Return and Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds, credits, or service adjustments may be issued.

Because our services involve physical delivery and scheduled labor, refunds are limited to specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Cancellations Before Delivery

• Customers may cancel or reschedule a dumpster delivery at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled drop-off time without penalty.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery are subject to a $100 cancellation fee to cover transportation and scheduling costs.

• If a dumpster has already been dispatched or delivered, no refund can be issued.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or credits may be issued only under the following conditions:

• Service Error: If GotDumpsters.biz delivers the wrong dumpster size or fails to provide the agreed-upon service, we will promptly correct the issue or issue a partial/full refund.

• Mechanical or Operational Failure: If a dumpster cannot be delivered or picked up due to an equipment issue on our end, and rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

• Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, we will refund the duplicate charge promptly.

Refunds are not available for:

• Unused rental time after delivery.

• Overfilled or overweight dumpsters that require additional hauling or disposal fees.

• Inability to access the property due to obstructions or unsafe conditions.

4. Labor Services Refunds

If you’ve scheduled labor assistance to help fill your dumpster:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged a 2-hour minimum labor fee.

• Once labor services have begun, no refunds can be provided for time worked.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take additional time depending on your financial institution.

6. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

If service must be postponed due to severe weather, safety concerns, or municipal restrictions, GotDumpsters.biz will reschedule at no cost. Refunds are only issued if rescheduling is not possible.
